Vice President Sales: David Bialoglow

David began working part time at National while still in high school. Upon graduating from Kean College in 1987, he began his career in purchasing and inventory management. He later moved on to management positions in both shipping and production before taking the lead role in National’s ISO 9000 certification. In 1998, he became head of the Sales Service Department for both National and Seaboard. He is currently serving on the board of directors for the IADD.

Director of Customer Services & Business Development: Jennifer Thoroe

Jennifer joined the National team in 2019, bringing with her many valuable years of industry experience from her past key roles with AmeriKen Die Supply and both past and present volunteer work with the IADD and in 2021, will become the fourth IADD president to come from National. Though she will be fulfilling multiple needs here, one of her primary focuses will be personally developing and caring for many of our key accounts.

Customer Service: Marisel Alvarez

One of the newest members to join the National Steel Rule team in 2021 is Marisel Alvarez. Marisel helps reinforce National’s commitment to serve our customers. She has an extensive background in both domestic and international customer support, is fluent in both English and Spanish and brings many years of experience in the industry, having spent nearly 20 years at Dicar Inc. Marisel is further involved in the industry as an active customer support representative for My Press Needs LLC.

Customer Service: Tom Dearman

Tom followed his sister Jennifer and joined National in 2021. He brought his 16 years of industry experience from his multiple roles at AmeriKen Die Supply. His role at National will also be multi-faceted and he has already proven his value with his customer service skills, understanding and development of consignment accounts, team-oriented mentality, and his willingness to learn and also to teach his fellow CSR team members.

Customer Service: Robert Ravaioli

Robert was hired at National in 1979 and started in our shipping department where he eventually ran that department’s day shift. He then moved into customer service and in 1999 left National for the Midwest where he was the Branch Manager for one of National distributors. After 14 years in the Midwest Robert decided it was time to come back “home”. He rejoined us in September of 2013 and is back in Customer Service and doing some outside sales work for us in the Midwest Territory.
